I created this card for my husband who is having a stressful week.
His yearly review yesterday and today his interview for his US citizenship.
He's been trying to get this now for 14 years.
They had lost 3 of his applications, and finally found his first one date 1996.

We thought that inspiration comes from just any bit and piece around us, whether it is color, taste, texture, sound and it never comes from the same place all the time. I did provice the food picture collage puzzle, and Cassel provided the bits of color picture puzzle.

Wow! What a night! Thanks to all for another successful crop night, Saturday night. Our Spooktacular crop was well received by all who attended. Don’t forget that we’ll be hosting an all night crop every month from now on. We hope to see you there each and every time. There’s nothing we like more than to spend an evening chatting with our friends.
Please tell your friends, relatives and neighbors about our crops. The more kits we sell the more freebies we’ll be able to offer you each time.
On another note; it has come to our attention that some of our friends think that we are still members of Scrapbooker’s Playgrond. That is not the case. Double Trouble Designs, the host of last night’s Spooktacular Crop, at Do It Digi, is a cooperative venture of Sassy Designz and DD Designs. We are both associated, exclusively, with Do It Digi and Digi Scraps-N-More. We have severed all ties with Scrapbooker’s Playground and, in fact, are no longer, associated with them in any way . If you have had issues in the past rest assured that we have no intention of repeating mistakes made in the past. We guarantee your satisfaction.

Just an Update

Sassy and I have been working very hard at getting the all night crop ready for the Do It Digi store. You should start to get the advertisements this weekend. There will be 12 kits, one for each hour. The 13th kit is a freebie for all who can last that long. The Crop starts on Oct. 15th, 7:00pm (est), in the DID Chatroom. I will be posting all the how to's and what for's in the forum there as well and I will have links in all the ads, so keep your eye out for them.

It looks to be a great night for Double Trouble Designz' "Crop'n Shop" Boo Spectaular!

Wow, all I can say is this is awesome. I managed to make it into another store.
www.digiscrapsnmore.come, is now another home for DDdesigns products.

Hi! This is Talon, Diosa's loving hubby. When I read what she wrote for her first blog entry to introduce herself, I just had to take over and write it for her because she wasn't doing herself justice.
If you know Diosa as I do, you'd understand why I love her so.
She holds so many job titles that I have to use all my fingers, toes and stick my tongue out to reach 21 and I still can't count them all. She's a wonderful wife, loving mother, awesome stepmother, the best unpaid psychotherapist I've ever had! Mixologist, graphic designer, numismatist (no, they don't have medication for that), grandmother of 4. She is an award winning brewer in the various Mead (wine made from honey) categories. She's also walked on hot coals. Yes, really. She walked a 20 foot long path of 1,600 degree coals without getting burned. I was there and did it too. She also spins fire in the Mauri art form of Poi. Okay, I really could go on all day, but you get the idea. She's every bit of awesome! You'll see what I mean soon enough.
Her imagination will take you through many worlds and ideas of digital scrapbooking that will simply amaze you. Take a peek in her store and I'm sure you'll find something that catches your eye, sparks a fond memory or even just simply amazes you with the sheer imagination put into her work. Once you begin to understand her inspiration for her art, you'll start to see just a glimmer of what I see and begin to know just how lucky I am to have found such a wonderful woman to marry.

Well, I am sitting here still awaiting word as to where my new designing home will be. It's a test of pateince, that's for sure. I am excited and nervous. I am hoping this is a turning point for me and my creativity. Hopefully by the end of the week I can post some good news, freebies and previews here for all to see.

I am very new to this but I hope that what I share here will be of benefit to someone somewhere. I won't write a novel this time, but don't be surprised if somedays I just can't help myself.

Here is a little about myself:

I'm 42 (Lordy Lordy I'm over 40....lol), blistfully married, I have 5 childern ranging in ages from 24 to 4 (he says "almost 5"). I have 4 grandbabies, of which I absolutely adore. I garden, sew, cook, and scrap all for fun. Well maybe it started out as fun, but with the economy the way it is, we now can save a dime or two.

Well this is it for now, but do check back often as I will be previewing products and giving away freebies as much as I can. I will also be posting on new and interesting things from the digital scrapping world.
